- At least 3-4 (or more) years' public accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- Interest and/or experience in the Private Equity industry, a plus
Key responsibilities: Senior Associate | Private Equity Portfolio Optimization
- Provide critical support to deal team throughout the investment lifecycle, including buy-side due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and divestiture execution.
- Collaborate with portfolio company executive leadership teams to drive scalable growth by applying deep expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making
- Oversee the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports from portfolio companies to ensure alignment with budgetary objectives.
- Continuously monitor and optimize working capital management across portfolio companies.
- Develop and implement advanced tools to capture precise, real-time financial data, enhancing strategic decision-making.
- Drive operational excellence by conducting in-depth financial audits, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining expertise in industry sector trends.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of key strategic initiatives that drive long-term value creation.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to strategically position portfolio companies for successful exits.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
