Position: Senior Financial Accountant
Company: Private Equity
Location: Downtown Chicago
Salary: $100,000-110,000 base bonus
Scope of work includes:
- Managing quarter-end close process for certain investment partnerships
- Reviewing quarterly valuations for fund portfolio companies in accordance with the firm’s valuation policy
- Capital call planning and distribution calculations
- Miscellaneous reporting to investors
- Preparing year-end financial statements for certain investment partnership
- Assisting with annual fund audits by preparing support and responding to questions from external auditors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or in private equity
- CPA
