Looking for process improvement-minded individual to oversee team of accounting professionals and ensure execution of daily financial operations, including cash management, accounts receivable, rent, prepaids, fixed assets, and inventory.

- At least 6-8 years' Leadership experience focused in Operational Accounting (cash management, accounts receivable, rent, prepaids, fixed assets, inventory, etc.)
- Track record of using data and analytics within the Operational Accounting function to gain insights into transaction trends and anomalies
- Proficient D365, Blackline, Medius Buy, and Concur.
Key responsibilities: Senior Manager, Operational Accounting | Investment Management
- Responsible for daily closure of high transactional areas of the business through a combination of data-driven decision making, automation, and meticulous refinement of reconciliation processes.
- Ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of financial reporting and closing activities.
- Collaborates with Corporate Accounting, Accounts Payable, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Shared Services, UK finance, etc. to help streamline processes, analyze financial data, and provide insights that lead to strategic decision-making.
- Works closely alongside technology, HR, Operations, Procurement, and other areas of Management.
- Partners with the Corporate Accounting team to ensure our books are closed accurately and timely
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
