Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Multi-Family Construction Superintendent to oversee all onsite operations, schedules, and safety for assigned projects. In this critical role, you’ll manage every phase of construction—from kickoff to completion—ensuring seamless execution through strong leadership, planning, and coordination. You’ll serve as the primary onsite liaison, partnering with architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onsite teams, fostering a positive, safety-first culture.
- Manage site access, safety compliance, and daily construction activities.
- Oversee project schedules, coordinating subcontractor tasks for timely completion.
- Interpret and apply construction documents, RFIs, and punch lists effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to address onsite challenges.
- Plan and schedule materials and subcontractors ahead of project needs.
- Contribute to the master project schedule and provide 3-week look-ahead updates.
- Communicate daily with the Project Manager on progress, risks, and solutions.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and contractual standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the public.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience managing construction projects valued over $1M.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, from site work to building systems.
- Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project) and project management tools.
- OSHA 30Hr certification and First Aid Certificate required.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
