Job Description:
- Provides HR support to plant population of ~200 employees
- Helps employees resolve a variety of operational issues related to FMLA, ADA, STD, employee relations, HR audits, PTO maintenance
- Processes termination recommendations
- Advises/coaches plant leadership/department with hiring needs
- Maintains employee files
- Assists HR with onboarding and training
- Conducts interviews for open positions
