Title: Entry Level Accounting Specialist
Salary: $55-60K
Location: Middleton, WI (Hybrid schedule)
Responsibilities
- Provide documentation to research and resolve outstanding customer deductions/chargebacks.
- Establishing and Updating Credit Lines
- Deduction Resolution
- Prepare chargeback notices/documentation for distribution to customer and/or credit specialist for collection
- Advanced Excel skills; Formulas, VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables
- Analytical-minded individual
- Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Accounting experience is a plus
