Plant Controller,
Growing Manufacturing company in San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Plant Manager. Ideal candidate has 5 years previous Plant experiences with strong Cost Accounting background.
Responsibilies include:
- Financial planning and budgeting
- Prepare quarterly forecast
- Cost Management: Oversee the monthly financials
- Collaboration: Support plant director and manufacturing managers with financial insights for operational strategies and cost controls
- Assist with year-end financial results preparation and external/internal audit
- Work closely with the Operational Controller
- Conduct feasibility studies for non-filler CapEx investments, monitor financial performance against expectations, and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize returns on capital
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- SAP, Knowledge of ERP systems
