POSITION OVERVIEW
The Business Operations Manager will play a critical role in both high-level strategy and day-to-day operations, driving improvements and results across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all aspects of business operations, including finances, people operations, recruiting, and systems.
- Create and manage scalable processes to support the company’s rapid growth.
- Recruit, interview, and hire additional team members to build out the organization.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Lead internal business reviews and streamline operational workflows.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience : 5 years in an operational role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
