Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis Integration:
- Use data in a fast-paced operational environment to address urgent insider threats to national security.
- Prepare and integrate structured and unstructured data from disparate sources using SAS Studio with Viya 4.0 CAS.
- Report Development:
- Translate customer requirements into interactive SAS Visual Analytics reports through iterative design sessions with stakeholders.
- Modify existing ETL code and VA reports to meet evolving requirements.
- Solution Development:
- Develop and maintain entities, pages, alerts, and workflows in SAS Visual Investigator.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in the insider threat domain.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build trusted relationships with clients, providing practical and theoretical guidance for solutions.
- Understand client business challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Training Expertise:
- Participate in product and solution training to stay updated on SAS offerings.
- Provide data and analytical expertise to projects.
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen willing to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- Willingness to relocate to the Washington, DC area and work onsite 5 days per week.
- Current Top Secret clearance with CI or full-scope polygraph.
- Masters Degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Prior experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Analytics, business intelligence, or data management experience.
- Knowledge of SAS products, peripheral technologies, and implementation best practices.
- Previous Federal Government experience.
- Understanding of open-source programming languages.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Location: Chantilly, VA (100% onsite, non-negotiable).
- Duration: 6 months to start, with a high likelihood of extension.
