POSITION OVERVIEW
As a foundational member of the Go-To-Market team, you will play a pivotal role in executing aggressive growth plans while building the playbook for a growing team. You will own the sales process end-to-end, from pipeline generation to defining strategic sales plans and forging strong partnerships within the electronics ecosystem. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a builder mentality and a passion for data-driven, value-based selling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting & Business Development : Define and execute creative strategies to engage prospective clients through various channels.
Data-Driven, Value-Based Selling : Leverage the company’s proprietary database to transform data into actionable insights for customers, driving ROI-focused conversations.
Strengthening Relationships : Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key partners in the electronics sector.
Sales Negotiations : Lead sales negotiations and finalize contracts in collaboration with finance, legal, and operations teams.
Strategic Sales Planning : Identify opportunities to improve go-to-market strategies, analyze market trends, enhance customer relationships, and develop new sales materials.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience : 5 years of demonstrated success in sales, with a focus on technical selling.
Builder Mentality : Proven experience as one of the first Account Executives at a startup or in bringing a new product to market, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Technical Acumen : Proficiency with sales analysis tools and CRM platforms, with a strong ability to leverage technology for effective sales management.
Data-Driven Mindset : Skilled in using data to craft persuasive arguments and drive business outcomes.
Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to clearly articulate complex ideas (both verbal and written) to diverse audiences.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Work Environment : This is a hybrid role requiring in-person work 3 days a week in the Silicon Valley office.
