Connect Staffing, Inc. seeks a SkyProfessor for a long-term contract role with a top corporate employer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This individual will be responsible for providing support to our client’s Flight Attendants with their iPhones and iPads. If hired, you will be tasked with answering support calls, troubleshooting device issues, and resolving cellular connectivity challenges. This position ensures that the Flight Attendants have the tools and support they need to perform their roles efficiently. The SkyProfessor team operates 19 hours a day, 7 days a week, so availability is required for nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the rotating schedule. This is a hybrid role with 1 day remote. Hourly rate up to $18.75 / hr based on experience. Responsibilities include :
- Provide technical support for iPhones and iPads, addressing device functionality issues and troubleshooting problems related to software, hardware, and cellular connectivity.
- Respond to support calls promptly, offering resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to Flight Attendant operations.
- Assist with device setup, updates, and ongoing technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve recurring issues and improve support processes.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in technical support or a similar role. -
