Legal Assistant- Litigation

Connect Staffing seeks a skilled Legal Assistant to support a dynamic law firm's defense litigation team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across insurance defense cases.

This is an onsite position located in the North Atlanta area.

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of litigation support experience
  • Strong background in insurance defense, medical malpractice, premises / product liability, or similar practice area
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficient in legal document preparation and case management

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage comprehensive case files for 4 attorneys
  • Organize and summarize complex medical records
  • Prepare detailed discovery documents
  • Draft and review legal correspondence and pleadings
  • Facilitate trial preparation logistics
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
