Duties :
- Prepare and review transactional documents for public finance and real estate matters
- Coordinate complex filing requirements with governmental agencies
- Draft and manage transaction-related correspondence
- Support attorneys in transaction due diligence
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive transaction files
