We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing mobile wound care company seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (APRN) for a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes.
About the Company :
Our client specializes in delivering advanced wound care in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences. Operating in 8 states, they are expanding rapidly and currently care for approximately 300 patients.
Position Details :
Role : Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
Commitment : Full-Time, 40 hours / week
Patient Load : Max census of 30-35 patients, approximately 7-9 per day
Compensation and Benefits :
Salary : $185,000 / year
Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), and Tuition Reimbursement
Job Duties :
Assess and manage a variety of health conditions in adult and geriatric patients.
Collaborate on community health initiatives in partnership with local organizations.
Provide comprehensive treatment and health education tailored to individual patient needs.
Engage with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
