Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced AR/AP representative to fill an opening at a large soil company located in Jurupa Valley, Ca.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
Requirements for AR/AP Representative :
- Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry, and record keeping.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have prior experience (1-2 years experience in an HR assistance)
- High School Diploma or GED
- SAP and Distribution experience a plus
- Must be able to multitask

Responsibilities of the AR/AP Representative:
- Assist the HR manager HR generalist with providing HR support by providing strong communication, documentation, investigations, updating reports, and dealing with issues in a timely manner.
- Inputting SAP reports and invoices
- Entry posting and reconciling
- Assists in the efficient running of the office by performing various clerical duties including processing of incoming mail, filing, answering phones and greeting and assisting visitors.
