Auto Mechanic Helper Job Description

The Auto Mechanic Helper is responsible for assisting the Auto Mechanic in the repair and maintenance of automobiles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive mechanics and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Auto Mechanic with repairs and maintenance of automobiles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Clean and maintain work area and tools
• Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as an Auto Mechanic Helper or similar position
• Strong understanding of automotive mechanics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
