Full Time Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for a full-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning offices, supervising staff, and bilingual in English and Spanish.

The responsibilities of the Cleaning Supervisor include:

• Supervising a team of cleaning staff
• Developing and implementing cleaning schedules
• Ensuring that all areas of the office are clean and well-maintained
• Inspecting the work of staff and providing feedback
• Resolving any customer complaints
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Be able to check on employees 
• Make employees schedule

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning offices
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
