Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a Restoration company in Irvine, CA.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm
Requirements of the Construction Project Manager:
- 2 years of experience in construction or restoration project management
- Proficient in Xactimate (Level 2 certification a plus)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work on-call rotation for emergency jobs
- Prior experience in roles such as Reconstruction Project Manager, Restoration Project Manager, Construction Coordinator, Rebuild Project Manager, Restoration Supervisor, Water Mitigation Project Manager, or Field Project Manager are a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Water Construction Project Manager:
- Oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish
- Ensure timely responses to all customer communications within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Write detailed, accurate estimates using Xactimate
- Coordinate and schedule field crews and subcontractors
- Communicate with adjusters, homeowners, and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Handle job documentation, invoicing, and follow-up
