Connect Staffing is looking to fill a Inventory Control Analyst position at a large supplement company in Henderson, NV
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm
Requirements for the Inventory Control Analyst :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Ability to read, speak and write in English
- Proficiency with JD Edwards (JDE) system is highly preferred
- Experience with pharmaceutical/OTC and or Nutraceutical product machines is a plus!

Responsibilities for the Inventory Control Analyst :
- Responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits, analyzing data to identify trends and inefficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
- Helps maintain inventory accuracy, minimize waste, and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Maintain accurate records in the JDE (JD Edwards) system, ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management processes
- Reconcile customer (internal and external) concerns/issues, including answering queries and providing open purchase order reports
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making
