MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF GENERAL LABOR EXPERIENCE.
Connect Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator for a manufacture that transforms raw material into vital systems that extract and transport water with precision in the city of Stanton, CA.
Schedule:
Full time with mandatory Over-time
7am to 5:30pm- Monday to Thursday
7am to 3:30pm- Friday
7am to 12:00pm - Saturday
Requirements of a Machine Operator:
Minimum 6 months of general labor experience
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility is plus
- Familiarity of various manufacturing tools and machinery
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Prior experience in roles such as General Labor, Warehouse Worker, Machine Operator, and Warehouse Associate is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Machine Operator:
- Monitor machine operation.
- Check part quality with designated measurement instruments.
- Understand when and how to stop machine safely.
- Operate tools and machinery to aid the manufacturing process.
- Perform periodic checks on equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Oversee the machine while executing tasks and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
