Connect Staffing is looking to fill a Maintenance Manager position at a large supplement company in Henderson, NV
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm
Requirements for Maintenance Manager :
- Minimum 2 years of related experience as a Maintenance Manager
- Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC and HVAC experience
- Ability to read, speak and write in English
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) plant safety and OSHA requirements
- Experience with pharmaceutical/OTC and or Nutraceutical product machines is a plus!

Responsibilities for Maintenance Manager :
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
- Responsible for both mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance to ensure operational efficiency of all electrical and mechanical systems
- Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, maintain spare-part inventory, performs testing as needed
- Maintains equipment documentation files including prints, manuals, and other pertinent information
- Plans and schedules maintenance workers, materials, and activities to complete work orders with minimal downtime, ensuring adequate spare parts are on hand and adheres to safety requirements and regulations
- Manages maintenance and repair services for electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems
- Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report to proper supervisor
- Coordinates troubleshooting and solutions for equipment repairs. Makes recommendations for equipment enhancements or improvements. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures
