Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Warehouse Packers and Order Packers for facilities located in Riverside, CA and surrounding cities.
Schedule: 3rd shift
Pay Range: $17 - $19 per hour (based on position availability)
Requirements:
- Must have 6 months of recent work history within the last year.
- Must pass background, drug screen, and E-Verify
- Previous experience in food production, food packaging, or a similar manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Pack food products into boxes or containers, ensuring correct labeling and product quality in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Follow packing specifications to ensure accurate order fulfillment and correct product codes.
- Inspect products for defects and verify they meet company standards and quality control guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory of packing materials and report shortages to supervisors.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed, including prepping materials for packaging.
