MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF RECENT FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is looking for a bilingual Shipping and Receiving Associate to join manufacturing company in North Houston!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Occasional Saturday's)
Shipping and Receiving Requirements:
- Must have at least one year of recent forklift experience
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must have shipping and receiving experience
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and multitask
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Stand for 8 hours during shift
- Prior experience in roles such as a Warehouse Associate, Logistics Coordinator, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, or Fulfillment Associate is a big plus!

Shipping and Receiving Responsibilites:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct packaging, labeling, and documentation for delivery.
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move goods, load/unload trucks, and store inventory.
- Track inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and assist with stock replenishment to maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and properly labeled for efficient storage and retrieval of items.
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for customer orders while ensuring accurate and timely shipments.
- Follow safety protocols and warehouse best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
