Connect staffing is looking for a temporary Sit-down Forklift Operator to join a leading manufacturing company in Lewisville TX.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Sit-down Forklift Operator Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience
- Must be able to pass the forklift certification training.
- Must be able to follow instructions to ensure efficient inventory management and adherence to safety rules and regulations.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time and constantly.
- Prior experience in roles such as warehouse worker, shipping and receiving a plus!

Sit-down Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to safely lift, transport, stack and unstack pallets of goods within a warehouse facility.
- Primarily work in a warehouse environment and may be exposed to varying temperatures.
- Transport materials between storage areas and production or shipping zones.
- Perform pre-operation checks on the forklift to ensure it is functioning properly (e.g., checking fluid levels, brakes, and tires).
- Work closely with warehouse managers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate material handling tasks.
