Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Warehouse workers,Warehouse Associates, Material Handlers, Production Workers, Forklift Operators (if relevant to the position), in the Greater Houston area.
Schedule : 1st shift
Pay Range : $16.50 - $20 per hour (based on position availability)
Requirements :
- Must have 6 months of recent work history within the last year.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or similar role.
- Must pass background, drug screen, and E-Verify
- Proven ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management software (WMS) a plus.
- Must have related experience in light industrial work such as food production, warehouse, lumber yards, and steel manufacturing.
