Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of software development:

• Experience with data management systems and data-related technologies.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies:
• Proficiency in Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into user stories and manage a product backlog.
System understanding:
• Ability to comprehend how different technical components interact and identify potential technical challenges.
• Knowledge of database management systems, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
Problem-solving skills:
• Aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues and finding effective solutions.
• Ability to address data-related problems such as data quality, data governance, and data security issues.
Data analysis:
• Ability to analyze data to inform product decisions.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
Security awareness:
• Understanding security principles and best practices.
• Experience with data security protocols and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Product Management Skills:
• Product vision and strategy:
o Ability to understand and contribute to the overall product vision.

Product backlog management:

Minimum (Required):
7 Years - Experience managing data product/project development, product management, or as a technical product/project leader
7 Years - Extensive experience in data management, data governance, and data analytics
5 Years - Business Analysis skills documenting business requirements and translating them into actional projects
5 Years - Proficient in Business Intelligence and data management, the best practices and industry trends in Machine Learning
5 Years - Managing the budgets and processes of running enterprise level programs
