As a Technical Engagement Manager, your role bridges the gap between customers and technical teams, ensuring alignment on product goals, features, and deliverables. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, understanding their goals and requirements.

● Communicate product features, technical solutions, and timelines effectively to customers.

● Gather customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements.

● Collaborate with internal teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

● Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

● Proactively identify and mitigate risks or challenges.

● Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

● Understand technical requirements and communicate feasibility to stakeholders.

● Assist in resolving technical challenges and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 3 years of experience in technical project management, engagement, or related roles.

● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

● Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage customer relationships.

● Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

● Experience in the Restaurant Industry would be a huge advantage.
