Job Description :
Working as a Connection Specialist is a rewarding career that allows you to help people in need across the United States in a 24 / 7 virtual call center environment. You would be part of our highly specialized team of phone and communications operators at CommonSpirit Health's Virtual Hospital in Phoenix, AZ.
This position will serve as the initial point of contact between our patients, family members, and our healthcare professionals at 140 hospitals across 21 states. They will practice active listening skills and ask questions to get to the critical details needed to accurately and efficiently direct the call.
Connection Specialists are naturally compassionate individuals who are comfortable talking to people who might be emotional, panicked, or stressed. While working under stress, the right person will be eager to work directly with our callers in a calm and efficient manner to respond to situations ensuring the best possible outcome for the caller.
