LPN FT 3p-11p (Assisted Living)

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time LPN for the 2nd shift. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive resident assessments and developing care plans.
• Directing CNAs in meeting nursing needs.
• Observing and recording resident symptoms and progress.
• Coordinating physician visits and communication with health professionals and families.
• Monitoring quality care indicators and administering medications.
