Location : Rochester, MN

Reports To : Executive Director l Senior Manager of Operations

Hourly : $20

Summary :

The Program Administrator will play a key role in maintaining ConnectAbility of MN’s Rochester Community Engagement efforts, managing the Donated Equipment Program, and supporting various tasks within the Coordinated Services divisions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of our organization, contributing to our mission and community impact.

As we open our new office in Rochester, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can support the organization’s goals and help expand our presence in the community.

Responsibilities : Community Engagement

• Promote ConnectAbility of MN’s programs through participation in community events and outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Community Engagement to develop and grow Rochester area programs
• Engage with community members to build relationships and gather feedback on programs and events
• Manage the intake, cleaning, repair and distribution of equipment for the Donated Equipment Program, ensuring a smooth process for community members
• Conduct quarterly inventory of the Donated Equipment Program to maintain accurate records and ensure availability
• Assist the Grant Writer and Community Engagement Coordinator to ensure compliancy with grant requirements and deadlines
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation as needed
• Collaborate with the Volunteer and Events Program Administrator to develop and expand Rochester area Volunteer Program
• Help plan and execute annual events and education that engage the community and promote our mission and vision
