We are seeking an experienced Vice President / Senior Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our global supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing supply chain operations from contract manufacturing of electrical equipment, scaling production volumes, driving down cost of goods sold, and driving up production quality and reliability, through to component sourcing and supply. Knowledge of residential electricity smart meter manufacturing is highly desirable. This executive will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and the highest quality standards across our global supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership :
Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy aligned with company goals.
Manage existing contract manufacturing relationships in U.S. and Mexico to meet cost goals and compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
Develop and manage the achievement of long and short term product cost goals
Partner with engineering, product management, and sales teams to ensure supply chain capabilities meet demands with sufficient contingency and adhere to internal processes.
Develop contingency and risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain and maintain cost control.
Qualifications
SVP 15 / VP 10 years of experience in supply chain operations and management, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
Exceptional leadership, communications, and team management skills.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, law, or a related field.
US Salary Range
200,000-$250,000 USD
