Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide essential support and care to an individual in need. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their overall well-being.
Requirements
· Ability to pass Criminal Background Check
· Must have a smart phone
· Ability to read, write and converse in English, but also be able to speak spanish to he family
· Reliable transportation
· Ability to perform job duties without limitations or restrictions
· Positive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individual.
- Monitor and document clients' health status, reporting any changes to supervisor
- Administer basic medical care as needed, including medication reminders and first aid.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
