Job Description:
Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in a critical access hospital setting.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in coordination with the healthcare team.
Manage care for patients in both the Emergency Department and Long Term Care settings as needed.
Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and maintain detailed patient records.
Respond to emergency health situations with speed, efficiency, and calm professionalism.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion practices.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Education and Certification Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Montana.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
Minimum of two years of experience in emergency room and long term care settings.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
