Travel CT/X-ray Tech – Columbia City, Indiana – Fluoroscopy Experience Required

Job Description:
Perform CT and X-ray imaging for patients in a variety of settings, including fluoroscopy procedures .
Operate radiology equipment safely and effectively to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Assist the physician with fluoroscopy exams and ensure patient safety throughout the procedure.
Monitor patients during imaging procedures to ensure their comfort and safety.
Work closely with radiologists to review images and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain a clean and sterile environment in the imaging department.
Transport patients to and from the imaging department as needed.
Adhere to all radiologic safety protocols to minimize exposure to both patients and staff.
Ensure proper recording and documentation of imaging results in the EMR system.
Assist in other imaging procedures as necessary, based on facility needs.
Education & Certification Requirements:
ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology required.
Fluoroscopy experience required.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Indiana state license required (or compact state license).
Experience with CT imaging and X-ray techniques .
Proficient with EMR systems .
Ability to work independently and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
