Connected Health Care is excited to offer a Full-Time XR/CT Tech position with our client located in Temple, TX. This role is vital for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services using X-ray and CT technology. The successful candidate will play a key role in patient care by providing accurate imaging results and maintaining a high standard of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate XR and CT imaging equipment to produce high-resolution diagnostic images.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
Review and assess images to ensure diagnostic quality and completeness.
Document patient information and imaging results accurately.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to protect patients and staff.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret imaging results and plan patient care.
Adhere to infection control practices and maintain a clean working environment.
Education & Certification Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT).
State licensure as required by Texas regulations.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an XR/CT Tech.
Proficient in XR and CT imaging procedures and safety standards.
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare setting.
Competency in using imaging equipment and related technology.
