Job Description:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and report significant changes to nursing staff.
• Support the nursing team by helping with patient transfers, positioning, and mobilization.
• Provide patient care in accordance with care plans, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Assist with patient documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of care activities.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to support patient treatment plans and contribute to their well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring the comfort and hygiene of patients at all times.
• Assist with feeding patients and provide hydration as directed by care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate care environment.
  
  

Education & Certification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification in Montana or compact state required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or nursing setting preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with patients, families, and a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and care plans.
