Full-Time Emergency Room Registered Nurse (Night Shifts: 3x12)

Location: Port Clinton, Ohio

Shift: Nights 3 x 12's

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our client's team in Port Clinton, Ohio. This full-time position offers night shifts (3 x 12-hour shifts) with competitive pay and benefits.

Job Description: As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Triage, assess, and prioritize patient needs promptly.
• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients experiencing a variety of acute medical conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and responses to interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio (or compact license).
• Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (required).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (preferred).
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Certification (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an Emergency Room or critical care setting preferred.
