Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Perform routine exams, screenings, and preventative care
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP) or Physician Assistant Studies
- Certification: Active FNP or PA-C certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA)
- Licensure: Eligible for or hold an active New Mexico state license
- Experience: Preferred 1 year of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care
- Strong communication and patient care skills
