Full Time LPN (Med/Surg) – Small Acute Care Setting

Near Dothan, Alabama

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a small, patient-focused acute care facility near Dothan, Alabama. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LPN looking to work in a Med/Surg environment and provide high-quality care in a close-knit, supportive healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive care plan
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and other bedside nursing duties
• Document patient information and communicate effectively with physicians and family members
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for patients
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and facility policies
  
  

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Alabama
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a small, team-oriented setting
