Physical Therapist - Full Time Position

(Day Shift Available) - Mount Vernon, OH

Connected Health Care, a Joint Commission Certified recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a permanent position in Mount Vernon, OH. This is an exciting opportunity for a therapist dedicated to helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized care.

Job Description:

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve mobility and function
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
  
  

Education Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio
• CPR certification required
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
