Job Description:
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with treatments and procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records according to facility protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN license in the state of Wisconsin.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Salary : $40
