Job Details
- Location: Winslow, Arizona
- Setting: Long-Term Care
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Overtime: Billable after 48 hours
- Patient Ratios:
- 4 nurses on day shift
- 3 nurses on NOC shift
- Evenly assigned per four halls based on acuity
- Current Census: 105 total residents
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extensions)
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
- Monitor patients' conditions and communicate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Assist with daily activities such as feeding, dressing, and mobility
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with CNAs and RNs to deliver comprehensive patient care
- License: Active LPN license in Arizona or compact state
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (LTC preferred)
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
- IV Certification – Preferred
- New Travelers: Considered with prior nursing experience
