Job Description:
- Providing quality personal care and assistance to residents in a care center setting. 8-hour shifts daily
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Offering emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Minnesota.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature.
