Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments as directed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Educate patients and their families on health and wellness topics.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Nebraska.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
