TRAVEL/Local - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - LTC **up to $1800/wk**

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records.
  
  

Education And Certification Requirements

• LPN License: Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Wisconsin
• Experience: Prior experience in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required
