Job Details

• Location: Glendive, MT
• Setting: Long-Term Care Unit
• Shift: 3x12s, Days
• Contract Length: 8 weeks (with possible extensions)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Assist with medication administration, treatments, and IV therapy
• Monitor patients' vital signs, conditions, and overall well-being
• Support residents with daily activities such as feeding, dressing, and mobility
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols to maintain a healthy environment
  
  

Qualifications

• License: Active LPN license in Montana or compact state
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (LTC preferred)
• Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
• Skills:
• Strong clinical decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
