Connected Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment in beautiful Ainsworth, Nebraska. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and administering medications
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience (preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
