Job Details
- Location: Woodburn, OR
- Setting: Long-Term Care
- Schedule: 3x12 Days and Nights Available
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Travel assignment (12 to 13 weeks)
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and update medical records accurately.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
- Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, and nutritional needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families to provide compassionate care.
- Active LPN license in Oregon
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care or similar setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new settings quickly
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
