- Schedule: Days
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts (3 x 12s per week)
- Start Date: February 24, 2025
- Employment Type: Travel Contract
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and update care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Offer emotional and physical support to residents and their families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Active RN license in the state of Oregon or compact licensure
- Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or a related setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
