Job Description

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, following established protocols
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, promoting optimal recovery
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold hospital and regulatory standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Certifications:
• Active RN license in Vermont or a compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience in a clinical setting (travel experience preferred)
